How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the countries listed at checkout. We're always expanding our shipping destinations, so check back soon if your country isn't available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Are your products food-safe?

Yes! We carefully select products made from food-safe, BPA-free materials whenever applicable. Individual product pages include specific material information.

Are the collections colour-matched?

Yes. Each Bento & Bloom collection is thoughtfully curated so that lunch boxes, snack containers, drinkware, and accessories coordinate beautifully.

Can I purchase individual items?

Absolutely! While our collections are designed to coordinate, most items are also available individually.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to help with eligible returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.
